Odd. Surely as well just to buy it. Clearly not dangerous. What kind
of volume are we talking about?
It is essentially fraudulent but I would have thought a stern reminder
regarding the regulations would be the way forward.

No. NHS regs clear cut - pt needs to be registered with me *and* needs
to be my Rx pad. If I need a Rx for family I would do private Rx or
seek from my own GP.
Really case hinges on what was Rx as much difference between amoxicillin
and, say, diamorphine. Or 100 cartons of soya milk.
I would agree error most likely cause - just did not think or know about
the regulations regarding NHS Rx - it is not always taught well, or at
all. Not knowing the rules though is, of course, not an excuse.
