Teaching pre students is becoming very difficult. Many schools set up
schemes with local teaching hospitals so that students who wish to do
medicine can see what goes on, they shadow senior doctors for one or two
weeks, rotating through several departments. However, they have to be 16
so that people like my daughter, born in July, are unable to take
advantage of this. We have had to make separate arrangements.
Provided that confidentiality is explained, and patient consent
obtained, there should be no problem.
