Isn't there another problem - what do you do with it?
How do you deal with - as it were - cross-organisational problems?
Most cross-organisational problems are not at GMC and equivalent level -
more at the near miss level.
We have a problem with apparently random dispensing issues - and no way
of knowing how common or how serious the problems are. I suspect you
have the same problem. My PCT pharmaceutical advisor says - sort it out
with the individual pharmacy: what advice do you get from your
equivalent?
