That obviously is a very difficult topic, but I think there is a very
important point of tact and demonstrating the distinction between what is
mine and what is theirs involved.
It is appallingly rude and very bad people management to march into a place
and cover the kit with stickers proclaiming (as any asset tag does if only by
implication) that you own it, especially if you don't.
Now a sticker saying "for prompt, efficient and free service at any time, call
this number" along with an ID for the kit might be acceptable, provided the
SLA is enforceable.
