I found the posters section helpful
http://www.brit-thoracic.org.uk/sign/mainframe_posters.html has sections on
children specifically.
National asthma campaign web site is also very useful resource for patient
information packs etc.

Subject: Re: New BTS asthma guidelines
Asthma as an established diagnosis in under two's is unlikely to exist so
why do you need a guideline? Just treat the wheezy bronchitis,
bronchiolitis, cough, wheeze whatever using your knowledge, skill and
judgement. If we go on like this soon we wont be able to wipe our bums
without a guideline.
Get a life outside guidelines, go out more, relax and enjoy life.

Doing the practice guidelines for asthma. Unfortunately the new BTS
guidelines say precious little about asthma in young children and even less
in the under 2s. Anyone got any EBM guidelines for this lot?
