I can't remember exactly, but I think part of the BMA agreement with them is
that they won't send out reminders too soon ?not before 10 days.
Any reminders that arrive too early promote the request to the bottom of the
pile.
Still trying to decide what to do with the two reminders that we received
that were posted on 2/1/04, and on enquiry it turned out that the forms were
not posted (to us) until 7/1/04....

My turnaround varies between a couple of days and two to three weeks,
depending on clinical work which takes priority.
