We try to get them within the week, unless relevant partner on holiday.

Subject: PMA Returns
Can I ask on the list - what is the usual turnaround time on a PMA
(Insurance Report). Is 3-4 weeks excessive or the norm?? We are having
increasing numbers of companies putting pressure on us after a day or
so. I am considering getting our PM to fax them to sya that we have
receipt of the PMA and that it is in a queue to be dealt with on a basis
of first come first done and that it will be with them within our 3-4
week period (unless they wish to pay premium rates). What is the
turnaround time in your practice and what do you think of 3-4 weeks??
