Do you have any evidence that there is actually a problem, rather than a
perceived theoretical one.
I don't think I have ever heard anyone express the thought that having
had formal ID, on a visit, would have been useful/helpful.
Only once have I been asked for identification and on showing my MDU
card, the psychotic patient said "Never seen one like that before. Must
be a fake"
