Eliminate handwriting.
Select advice and prescriptions from a dictionary of ones that have been
agreed and are correct.
If there is any variation from them for an individual patient make it clear
what that is, and why.
When designing a shared system, do so rom a starting point of understanding
the record and administrative systems operating at each end of the system.
Ensure a member of the LMC is involved form the start, to temper the
enthusiasm for doing the work that a selected GP may bring with a knowledge
of the attitudes and interests of the non-enthusiasts (who will be
enthusiasts about something else).
