If this wasn't an April fool there are implications about it not making the
news.
Why a limitation to one mobile phone network - doesn't seem to make
technical sense.
Actually our telephone network seems to have a fair degree of resilience,
BUT that doesn't lessen my anxiety re NPfIT.
Let's hear a little more.
