You are correct.
The London LMCs have issued helpful guidance to their constituents and also
sent it to other LMCs. I know attachments are non-U for this list but you
can get it from your LMC sec or if you let me know I will email. There is
also guidance on the BMA website.

Our practice has established a policy in advance with an appeal procedure
for people who feel they are a special case. We are prioritising the needs
of people who don't have a local doctor ie only registering people in the
practice area (two postcode districts) who aren't reg with someone locally,
which we will validate with the Shared Services Agency before we accept them
(we will also accept them only after our new pt check so we make sure they
have been weighed, measured, interrogated and tested for Q&O conditions)
