Motor insurance must include business use. Not sure there is any other
scenario that would result in liability.

Subject: Public liability insurance
The new contract says:
========
489. The Contractor shall at all times hold adequate insurance against
liability arising from negligent performance of clinical services under
the Contract.
492. The Contractor shall at all times hold adequate public liability
insurance in relation to liabilities to third parties arising under or
in connection with the Contract which are not covered by the insurance
referred to in clause 489. ========
489 is covered by MPS/MDU etc.
492, for activities on the premises, is covered by the public liability
clause in our premises insurance.
Does anyone have public liability insurance which covers them when off
the premises e.g. on visits? MIA don't do any such cover and it doesn't
seem to be included in any of our existing policies.
