Clinicians as business-owners:-
Persuade us (GPs) that the record of innovation, of timely and effective
adaptation, and of maintnance in real-time of IT systems regarded as
important for patient care has been satisfactory.
Where does medical knowledge come from:-
Persuade us that it is known by the managers of the GP systems to be that
knowledge flows not from teh centre outward as orders, but from the
periphery, occasionally and belatedly toward the centre.
