Yes. It's the NHS uplift for the year and has been applied to PMS practices,
commissioning budgets etc. HMG has allocated less to the NHS than the full
cost of pay increases for years. It's one of the "advantages" of being just
another provider with an allocation / contract. Good thing they haven't
deemed you will make 3% efficiency savings as well or you would be getting a
reduction of 1.53%
