Please explain. Do .pdf files automatically get what you see on any given
page on-screen into a single page on paper, irrespective of the printer
involved? Or do they automatically presume a worst-case scenario of a
one-inch no-print zone around each page? I seem to recall printing a .pdf
file off at some time and missing a header or a footer.
