OK, a little progress again.
This is now tying in with rumours that it will no longer be acceptable for
doctors to be self employed sub-contractors when working OOH. The rumour
is they will be employees or nothing.
The subcontracting is also an important issue in other ways which I cannot
discuss at the moment. This matters and it's a problem. However on the
bright side presumably it means that OOH can't be partially subcontracted
to NHS-D or walk in centres ;-)
