It's the other way round in the regs - they can refuse to let you close your
list if you are doing additional or enhanced services. They can do what they
like with enhanced services (unless you have an existing contract which goes
beyond 1 April) as far as I can see can make up whatever rules they like and
commission from anywhere.
Did someone say ES was part of our pay rise? Dearie me.
