Have you try creating RAR files with WinRAR??

Well I was actually trying to email an Access database to myself at surgery.
Can't send as *.mdb since Outlook snaffles mdb's as an antivirus measure
Can't send as *.zip since mail.nhs.uk doesn't like it.
Just tried sending renamed as *.aaa - let's see if that gets through...
