From 1/4/04 this is definitely not GMS and you are allowed to charge the
patient for it.
Also allowed to charge if they have had an RTA and request advice/exam
for solicitor.
Ask before examination, are you going to claim? If yes then - I will be
abel to bill your insurance company for this non NHS service, and then
do so.
