I'm conducting an fMRI study using an ROI analysis, and I've been having
some problems. In this study, each subject was scanned four times doing a
visual attention task, but the EV's are slightly different for each of the
four runs. I defined the ROI I'm looking at functionally with no problem,
and I'm trying to get the % BOLD signal change. I couldn't do Featquery on a
higher-level analysis, so I tried doing it on each run individually,
selecting the Convert PE/COPEs to % box. The design isn't a block design, so
I adjusted for that using the script that Joe Devlin posted
(http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=ind0407&L=FSL&D=0&P=3487).
This returned values that were waaay too high, some up to the 40s, which is
ridiculous. I've tried going about this a million different ways, but
nothing seems to work. Any advice?
Thanks,
