Hi,
There is an option in the FAST segmentation tool which shows that the
segmentation can be done by 2D instead of 3D.
Does that mean without checking that option, the program is based on real
3D, which means the prior obtained by K-means and the neighboring points are
all in 3D.
So in the statement of "if my neighbours are grey matter then I probably
am too", the neighbours mean neighbours in 3D?
