Hello everybody,
I have registered reference and input images using FLIRT and got final
transformation matrix. Prior to registration, I preprocessed the input image
with several algorithms (BET, bias correction, ...). Now, I would like to
quantitatively estimate effect of different preprocessing steps on the
registration. For this I thought to use the metric value. I can get metric
value using "-verbose 5" during registration, but the same trick does not
work with "-applyxfm" option.
So my question is how can I get metric value of normalized mutual information
from flirt when I apply a known trasformation on reference and input image?
Modified scheduling with initial transformation? Thanks for help.
Cheers,
Martin
