Very nice of you to warn people! Many more people should be so kind, to tell others they fear they sent virus around (if you did).
It may also be that the message is coming from elsewhere and only your name is used in the FROM header (picked out of someone else's Outlook address book). Try to check your system with a recent virus detection programme (Norton, McAfee etcetera).
(not related to Diana Alonso Blas - Brussels & The Hague - by any chance?)
