Two Temporary Lectureships in Criminology
The Department of Criminology at Keele University wishes to
appoint two Temporary Lecturers for 12 months from
September 2004. The posts are supported through external
grant income from the ESRC. We expect one of the
successful candidates to provide teaching in quantitative
research methods at both undergraduate and postgraduate
levels and both candidates to contribute to core
undergraduate teaching. The successful candidates will
also have the opportunity to teach in their own specialist
area of Criminology.
Applications are invited from graduates with records of
achievement or demonstrable potential in research,
publication and teaching. A postgraduate degree in
Criminology or a related subject is highly desirable. The
persons appointed will bring qualities of drive,
theoretical curiosity and enthusiasm for teaching and
research to enhance the work of this thriving RAE 5 rated
department.
Salary Scale: Lecturer A £22,191 - £25,451 per annum
