SGAI Colloquium
Data Mining and Crime Detection

The principal aims of this colloquium organized on behalf of
SGAI, the BCS Specialist Group on Artificial Intelligence, are to
review recent technical advances in Data Mining technology and
to show how this leading edge technology has been applied to
crime detection and crime prevention. Delegates will have the
opportunity to discuss their ideas and problems with researchers
working at the leading edge of developments.
Abstracts (maximum two sides of A4) should be submitted by
February 17th 2004. Final papers based on selected abstracts
will be published by SGAI in its journal Expert Update.
