If you mean sites about elearning then I regret the demise of the JISC
funded RESULTS site (www.results.ac.uk) that had just about got set up when
the money ran out. It was starting to be a useful site on educational
technology in general. It needs reviving!
On the other hand if you mean learning materials then the LTSN Subject
Centres Web sites have directories of reusable course material - usually
under Resources - and there are other collections like
MERLOT (http://www.merlot.org/)
MIT OpenCourseWare project (http://ocw.mit.edu/index.html)
EduResources Portal
