Based at our Boots Library in Nottingham city centre, you will provide
support for learning, teaching and research in our School of Art & Design,
with initial focus on the subject areas of photography, product design,
spatial design and visual art.
The role will involve planning and developing print, A-V and electronic
collections, information skills training, maintaining subject portals and
user guides, and handling subject enquiries. You will have management
responsibility for our slide collection and services.
An honours graduate with a postgraduate library and information
qualification, you will have post-qualification experience in an academic
or special library, well developed interpersonal and communication skills,
and a keen interest in the potential of e-library services to support
learning and teaching.
