Although not much use as an OH tool, from my experiance these type of
medicals primarily are useful on a clinical basis in identifying HBP, early
diabetes, obesity, etc. However, I found the main usefulness for me was the
opportunity to have uninterupted 1-2-1 with higher, senior, very senior,
and very very senior management!! Very useful if you wish to either forge a
working relationship, and/or take the opportunity to lobby a particular
