thank you for your comments/ advice.
I don't think there's an easy answer as to the NHS recruitment
difficulties. There is no reason why NHS OH should tail behind our
private sector counterparts, and certainly from what I am aware, pay and
terms and conditions of employment are very favourable in the NHS (29
days leave, flexible working/ job share etc).
It's probably another research project for an OH student - any takers?
