Whatever Pam Foster's reservations there is no room for doubt that there
is wide-spread abuse of human rights throughout Cuba.
Sufficient information has emerged about one particular area
(admittedly probably the worst in Cuna), despite extra-ordinary efforts by
the regime to impose press censorship, to justify armed intervention by the UN.
I refer, of course, to Guantamo Bay.
Furthermore, Cuba, like the USA , does not allow its citiens to
vote for their president (unless you are a memberof the Supreme Court in
the case of the USA).
