I defer to your younger age and better memory. I am so used to doing it,
being the prescriptions monitor, that I can do it on autopilot but
describing it from home is a feat of recollection. All I know is I know how
to do it on purpose so others may be doing the same by accident.
Anyway, no problem. Record the missing FP10, issue a reprint (P key) and
write all over it in nice red pen "duplicate of original issued on xxx date"
We don't do very many, usually the originals turn up in the pharmacy or the
post. Younger rellies stopped nicking them when we started with the red pen.
