hey mark,
how was it in juelich? i hope you have had a good time and a pleasant trip. unfortunately, we just met briefly but at least we did and i enjoyed it a lot!
i have put some example EPI and gradient echo fieldmapping data on the ftp account:
132.187.3.10
login: nerk149
password: gl32ig69
cd /scratch/nerk149/mark
you will find the 4D EPI analyze file (64x64 matrix, TR=2400ms [2222ms + 178ms delay], TE=45ms, FA 85 deg, echo spacing 0.72ms, red-out time 46.08ms, bandwidth 1562Hz/px], the two magnitude reconstructions (at TE 4.3 & 9.06 ms / TR 325 ms, FA 40 deg) and the phase difference image of the gradient echo fieldmap as well as the phase difference scaled to radians.
i have about 80 data sets of this kind, so let me know what you think. jesper's tool works fine on these data, but i'd rather stick to fsl and i'm sceptical if the unwarping of the susceptibility-by-motion stuff will do me any good since in the majority there is not much motion in the data to start with (for i have used prospective motion correction).
need to run, more later-
andreas
