Hi,
did you run
melodic -i <filename> --mix=melodic_mix --filter="string of component numbers"
to remove the previously estimated ICs you pick from the input 4D-file?
cheers-

Hi Christian,
I too am not getting a file named melodic_ICAfiltered. These are the files melodic saves in my
filtered_data.ica directory:
PPCA mask.hdr melodic_FTmix melodic_mix
eigenvalues_adjusted mask.img melodic_IC.hdr smoothest
eigenvalues_percent melodic.log melodic_IC.img
I will e-mail you my melodic.log file a well. thanks
