I am interested in only analyzing the first half (2 of 4 cycles) of a block design dataset.
Wil setting the "stop after" field in stats to the correct time accomplish this? The graphic
of my model shows and the FEAT web page states that all values in the model are set to
zero after the "stop after" time. Does this mean that the data is being compared to a
constant zero model or is the data beyond the "stop after" time being ignored?
If not this approach, is there a way to have FEAT only look at the first part of my data
without actually editing the analyze datasets?
Thanks,
Michael
