The RAL LCG RB is certainly odd just now and I plan to look at it later
today.
As for where to ask concerning LCG and testbeds in the UK then here is
problably fine for all UK testbeds. I guess eventually this will be
handled by FZK but I don't really know.
But for RAL in particular [log in to unmask] is published in
MDS as well.
