on EDRM in London:

There are many options and issues surrounding the implementation of an
Electronic Document and Records Management (EDRM) System. To get the project
off the ground a sound business case that delivers the available options and
a statement of requirement that addresses the organisations business and
technical requirement is absolutely essential.
This one day workshop is designed to help organisations create a business
case including a look at the options and costs. In addition, we will also
address the creation of a statement of requirement that can be used to
procure a solution. This will take into account the requirements set out
from the National Archives.
Implementation planning for success
Speaker: Mayank Ladd
Dates: 19 Apr 04 and 27 Sep 04

http://www.tfpl.com/skills_development/courses/cd.cfm?linkid=tr697
This one day workshop is designed to help organisations plan for the
implementation of EDRM, define a programme and project management approach,
methodology, project portfolio, manage risk and address change management.
