Dear All,
I'm trying to start using CCPN analysis (Linux Red Hat release 9). The IT
guys in my department have installed the CCPN package and both 'analysis'
and 'format' programs appear to run initially (i.e. their windows appear as
expected). When trying to perform any command from the analysis 'Main
Dialog' menu (e.g. load spectrum, start new project etc) I get a series of
error messages (see below) that direct me to certain lines in the python
scripts. Again, trying to open a spectrum (hsqc AZARA parameter file) the
message "Spectrum successfully opened" appears in the terminal window and
the parameter confirmation windows pop-up. On clicking "ok" on both, another
similar error message appears and the spectrum window is not started.
Similar errors also occur from the format main menu window.
Is this something simple that I've missed or something more complicated?
Help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers, Mike
