Well said Steve. A south welsh version would bring a whole new meaning
to tidy in Superfile. I must get round to putting an extra o on the end
of placenames, at least in the south of south Gloucestershire.

We have no immediate plans for a bi-lingual HER in Cornwall (since you
ask),
though we have made the first moves in that direction with a Cornish
language title for our Annual Report "Hendyscans Yn Fwy" (Archaeology
Alive,
for the uninitiated)
A free copy of the above is available to HERs if you contact our
secretary
and mention this email. Telephone Tracy on 01872 323603 or email

Subject: Bi-lingual SMRs
I am interested in gathering information on bi-lingual SMRs or HERs.
Do any
of the Welsh SMRs or the Welsh NMR offer search facilities in Welsh
for
example, or are there perhaps any examples you are aware of elsewhere
-
Ireland? Belgium? Quebec?
Any experience you could share with me off list would be welcome.
