For info. on Deaf people and use of video phones and mobile phones try the
Centre for Deaf Studies at the University of Bristol (www.bristol.ac.uk).
They also had a project offering small business advice via video phone (I
think)...check their website anyway as they have several projects on
telecommunications.

I don't know if this will help but I worked with B.T. in Glasgow, Scotland
and in terms of employment they were exemplaray in practice. They produced
literature and I experienced their policies being practised. It might be
worth contacting them for some employer-based opinons.
