Resource issues are not my responsibilty or yours I
would suggest. If you have advised your managers that
the NICE HI gudelines should be implemented in writing
and they decline to make available the resources to do
so then I suggest the moral, ethical and legal
responsibilty rests with them! And don't think they
will escape criminal prosecution! Corporate
manslaughter charges could be brought against mangaers
I would have thought!
