Hi Santanu,
I am just starting to write some notes on tests which slowly
get more complicated to aid sites in checking which bit is wrong.
eg, start with a qsub and end with file registration and transfer.
A good one for now though is
/opt/edg/sbin/test/edg-rgma-check
which is very good at checking your sites status in the information
system.
