Hi,
I removed the openssl rpm packages from the
/opt/local/linux/7.3/RPMS/release/ and /opt/local/linux/7.3/RPMS/updates/
directories. Then re-ran the script:
...but it doesn't do exactly what its says on the tin!
[root@lcfgng source]# /usr/local/bin/updateRPMCache.pl --rpmcfg /opt/local/linux/7.3/rpmcfg/*rpm.h

DOWNLOADING (1/1):
/opt/local/linux/7.3/RPMS/release/openssl-0.9.6b-18.i386.rpm
246 obsolete rpms in cache with 246 older than 2 days.
Again, it just uploads the base package but none of the updates.
Dave.
