University Records Manager and Archivist
This post provides an exciting opportunity for a professional, experienced
in the field, to devise and implement the University’s records management
programme from scratch, in the context of national guidelines and
legislation including FoIA and DPA. You will have a recognised qualification
in records management or archives, and will become the University's expert
in the field of records management. The post is based in the Borthwick
Institute for Archives, within the University Library & Archives, currently
in St Anthony's Hall in the centre of York, but moving to new purpose-built
premises on the main campus during 2004.
Salary in the range £21,125-£27,339, or £28,498-£33,679 (pay award pending).
