We have recently edited 2 books that have stuff relevant to your
interests. In "The Brain's eye"
(http://www.elsevier.com/inca/publications/store/6/4/2/5/8/0/index.htt),
there is a section devoted to eye-hand coordination. In "The Mind's Eye"
(http://www.elsevier.com/inca/publications/store/6/6/7/1/7/4/index.htt),
there is chapter by John Tchalenko on eye movements in portrait drawing.
