Dear all
I hope that you can assist me in this question. It is for an international law student who needs information on the public policy of the EU. It sometimes happen (apparently) that in a court case it is ask that a part of a different country's public policy is adopted. (For instance the court case is in France, but for some reason the lawyer asks the court to adopt a certain part of Germany's public policy on that specific matter.)
According to the student the court may accept or refuse such a request if the public policies are not reconcilable with each other.
I hope I explained it clear enough and would be very grateful if somebody can help me with this matter since I have no idea where to start looking!
Kind Regards
Tracy
