Dear Listmembers,
The Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) is an exceptional
resource for those of you interested in access to free journals:
http://www.doaj.org
This directory covers free, full text, quality controlled scientific
and scholarly journals.
DOAJ is provided by Lund University, Sweden, and is supported by OSI,
(Open Society Institute) and SPARC (Scholarly Publishing and Academic
Resources Coalition). DOAJ is today a journal title directory but it
is starting to develop a search facility for the articles of the
included journals.
Best wishes,
Lawrence
