...and I was always told that a healthy liver (no high risk factors) had
enough sulphydryl groups on board to mop up any amount of toxic
metabolite from paracetamol for at least 4 hours without any assistance
from extra-corporeal sulphur donation. Not sure if this is based on fact
or theory.
