Dear Matteo,
Recently we encountered the same problem at work (I assume that you have a dataset open,
otherwise I believe the commands remain greyed out). We upgraded to the latest version of
Ox Professional (3.30) and the various modules that are part of the April update (PcGive, etc.)
and the problem seemed to dissapear. Naturally, make sure you are using the latest msvar
package (I believe it is 131e). I also advice to follow the installation instructions that came
with the msvar package exactly.
Having said that, I tried the same procedure for the installation on a clean machine and I got
the same problem. I am therefore puzzled by this problem.
I hope this provides some help.
Kind regards,
Ivan
