WOndering if anybody knows of geographical applications of Amaryta Sen's
work, OTHER than the obvious ones in famine/development
studies/devlopment geography? (which are to do with human development,
inequality, entitlement theory). Could you reply directly to me?
I am just completing the last paragraph of a a mini-biography due Monday
(sorry editors). Sen is a trenchant critic of neclassical economic
reasoning, and I would imagine this has been taken up by econ and
welfare geogs, but I can find no references outside of economics and
development studies.
thanks
S
