An Emergency patient is defined as one who presents to an Emergency Department and after triage by a trained staff member is considered to require assessment and treatment by a doctor within one hour or less
i.e.. all but the T5 patients
works for us and our patients...
just been subjected to the "see and treat" stuff down here in the southern hemisphere straight from the NHS modernisation team themselves
some interesting sessions but a hell of a lot of spin
